Request for President's Event Participation

In order to effectively manage the volume of event requests, all event organizers should submit the following form at their earliest convenience (at least eight weeks prior to the event date is recommended). The Executive Assistant(s) will send a response regarding availability.  If a confirmation is received, the event organizer must then submit an Event Details form to the Executive Assistant(s) within five weeks of the event, followed by a Run of Show within one week of the event.
